Day Spa
In our Day Spa Area we offer thermotherapy & hydrotherapy, using contrasting temperatures and water to promote detoxification & renewed health. The age-old ritual begins with warming the body in the sauna or hot tub, followed by rinsing off with cold water to increase microcirculation, then finishing off with some well-deserved rest to let the body regenerate itself. Each circuit takes about half an hour, and guests are encouraged to repeat the circuit up to three times. Benefits may include reduction of inflammation, increased circulation, stimulation of the immune system, detoxification, hormonal regulation, metabolic maintenance, improved skin conditions, relief from head aches & pain, loosening of tight muscles and increased recovery time from exercise & injury.

We have classes for every-body! Regardless of your age or level of experience, you will find a class that will help you reach your goals.
